Challenge
Hot rolling line hydraulic system operates in high-temperature, high-dust environment for extended periods, causing severe oil contamination, rapid hydraulic component wear, frequent failures leading to significant downtime losses. Original lubricant had short replacement cycles with high maintenance costs.
Solution
Introduced Denuhyd HP-68 anti-wear hydraulic oil, combined with DENUKE online purification system and regular oil analysis service, establishing a complete hydraulic oil lifecycle management system. Also provided hydraulic system maintenance training for operators.
